Kindly read all the relevant information regarding admission before filling the online registration form.
Please note that this is only application for admission process and does not guarantee admission.
1. Application forms for admission to Jr. KG will be available ONLINE at from Saturday, 1st December 2018 9:00 a.m. to Monday, 3th December 2018 till 4:00 p.m.
2. Children completing 3 years and 6 months by 31st March 2019, (i.e. children born between 01/10/2014 & 30/09/2015 - including both days) are eligible to apply for admission to Jr.KG. for the academic year 2019-2020 This will be strictly adhered to.
3. Forms will not be accepted of those children who are underage or overage.
4. No manual corrections are accepted on Hard Copy of Application Form.
5. Duly completed Application form along with the paid challan of Rs. 750/- (Rs.500/- Application Fee & Rs. 250/- Cost of Prospectus), attested copy of the Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card and Caste Certificate (if applicable) will be accepted in the School Office from Wednesday, 5th December 2018 to Friday, 7th December 2018 between 09:00 am. & 01: 30 pm.
6. After you complete the application and "SUBMIT", you will receive the completed form by e-mail (in pdf format) on the e-mail addresses you have filled in the application. (Please do not enter your corporate email Id’s as firewalls and corporate servers block emails with attachments).Upload the passport sized colored photographs of student, Father & Mother in .jpeg format.

  Print TWO copies: One for submission to the school and the other one for your own record/reference.

Download the challan from the website in PDF format fill it and pay the Cash in Canara Bank MSFC branch Senapati Bapat Road Pune 411004 ( Near old Passport Office ) Write Application No. on the top of all the challan copies. ( all Four copies )

Please note that the office copy of the fees challan along with the original birth certificate must be submitted in the school office by 2.00 pm on 24th December 2018 Monday, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

Question: Which browsers can I use to fill and submit the form?
Answer: You can use Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox for filling the online admission form.
Question: I am unable to submit the form on IE (internet explorer)
Answer: Try filling and submitting the form in other browsers such Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
Question: Are all the fields in the form mandatory?
Answer: Not all fields mentioned in the form are mandatory. But it is preferred that you provide most of the details in the form.
Question: I am unable to submit the form.
Answer: If you face any difficulty in submitting the form, try to reload the form by clicking ‘refresh’ button of the browser. Fill in the form again and then resubmit the form. If you still have any difficulty feels free to email our technical support at
Question: How do I know if my filled in form is registered with the school?
Answer:You will receive message "Submitted Successfully. Your application No. is ........" and download link to download filled application pdf. This will tell you that your filled in form is registered with the school. For completing the registration process take a print-out of the pdf form and submit it to the school (in person as per the timings given in the schedule)duly signed with the attested photo copies of requisite certificates and documents along with the originals for cross referencing.
Question: If I dint download filled application form during submission , what shall I do?
Answer:First check your email (Inbox/Spam). If you have not received email then you can use REDOWNLOAD SUBMITTED APPLICATION (option is available on same page) to download application form. If you still have issue then send a mail with Application No. to
Question: What should I do with the PDF form I just received?
Answer: Take a print-out of the pdf mail and complete the remaining fields in the form. Bring the form duly signed to the school with the attested photo copies of necessary certificates and documents. Bring the originals also for verification (if necessary).
