  • Application Forms for admission to STD-XI (Science & Commerce only) will be available ON-LINE at from Wednesday, 08th May 2019 at 10:00 am, to Saturday 11th May, 2019 5:00 pm.

  • Upload the passport sized colored photographs (100KB) of Student, Father &     Mother in jpg format.

  • Duly completed Application Form along with the paid challan of Rs. 750/- [ Rs. 250/-  for Prospectus Fee & Rs. 500/- for Registration ], to be submitted within the below mentioned period.

  • Attested Copy of the Internet Grade Sheet ( Digi Locker) / Mark Sheet attested  by the School Authority shall be submitted in the School Office from Saturday, 11th May 2019 to (Wednesday) 15th May 2019 between 09:30am and 01:00pm, except Sunday, 12th May 2019.

  • While filling the application form, marks are to be inserted in column -9. Do not write the Grades.

Procedure For Payment

  • Download the challan  from the website in PDF format fill it and pay the Cash in Canara Bank MSFC branch, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune 411004 ( Near old Passport Office )

  • NEFT Details: Canara Bank MSFC Branch SB Road Pune – 16.

  • Saving A/c No. 2829101003794

  • IFSC Code : CNRB0002829  MICR : 411015027

  • Attached NEFT Transaction printout along with Application Form & the Challan copy which is mandatory for submission in School Office.

  • Write Application No. on top of the Transaction Printout & all four copies of the challan.

  • Following information is to be written clearly in capital letters on the Challan.
       - Application No. (Mentioned in the Application Form)
       - Name of the student
       - Contact No of parents
       - Date of Submission of Application Forms

Important Instructions:

  • Issuing/submission of application forms does not guarantee admission. Selection will be purely on merit.

  • Cut off marks for the purpose of merit list and admission, will be at the sole discretion of School Authorities.

  • Transfer certificate of outstation candidates/students of other boards (State Board/CBSE/ICSE) should be countersigned by relevant authorities/verified online)

  • After confirmation of admission, following documents must be submitted to the School Office on or before Monday, 10th June 2019 without fail.

Answer: You can use Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox for filling the online admission form.
Question: I am unable to submit the form on IE (internet explorer)
Answer: Try filling and submitting the form in other browsers such Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
Question: Are all the fields in the form mandatory?
Answer: Not all fields mentioned in the form are mandatory. But it is preferred that you provide most of the details in the form.
Question: I am unable to submit the form.
Answer: If you face any difficulty in submitting the form, try to reload the form by clicking ‘refresh’ button of the browser. Fill in the form again and then resubmit the form. If you still have any difficulty feels free to email our technical support at
Question: How do I know if my filled in form is registered with the school?
Answer:You will receive message "Submitted Successfully. Your application No. is ........" and download link to download filled application pdf. This will tell you that your filled in form is registered with the school. For completing the registration process take a print-out of the pdf form and submit it to the school (in person as per the timings given in the schedule)duly signed with the attested photo copies of requisite certificates and documents along with the originals for cross referencing.
Question: If I dint download filled application form during submission , what shall I do?
Answer:First check your email (Inbox/Spam). If you have not received email then you can use REDOWNLOAD SUBMITTED APPLICATION (option is available on same page) to download application form. If you still have issue then send a mail with Application No. to
Question: What should I do with the PDF form I just received?
Answer: Take a print-out of the pdf mail and complete the remaining fields in the form. Bring the form duly signed to the school with the attested photo copies of necessary certificates and documents. Bring the originals also for verification (if necessary).
